Mastering The Myths Part 1

Well, Its been a while again, and I need to get back to keeping this up to date more often...

I have been quiet for a while but also having a good browse of the Facebook Pressure groups and have seen some very interesting questions being posed by people who want advice when it comes to Social Services.

Many Questions seem fairly simple and others are more complex and very generalized... But it has shown to me that there are many serious misconceptions about Social Services, especially what they CAN and CANNOT do...

So over a few blogs now, I am hoping to try and answer some of those questions from what i have learnt in my experience of them... For some areas I will be speaking to a couple of trusted people who I know work in Law, so we can hopefully make sure this is as accurate as possible.

I will also be discussing some other issues raised on the internet that can, and are, linked to various Conspiracy Theories. Let me just say before I do start this then that I am NOT going to support nor condemn the various "Ideas" of a New World Order... If you want to look into that and feel its real - Good! If not... Then that's good too!

The aim here is simply to try and help people understand that In's and Out's... Not to slate anyone's beliefs.

So I am going to start this with one that was making its way around Facebook not so long back:

"I Have been told that My child's Birth Certificate makes them My Property... Should I argue this in court?"

Yes, I have seen this one too... And the simple answer is NO! DO NOT EVER USE THIS ARGUMENT IN COURT UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE!!!

There is a Conspiracy Theory that "Birth Certificates" are in fact a form of Slavery, and that you should not register your child's birth as such, as they are then "owned by the state". An Interesting argument.

But when you take that theory into account and that many of these same theorists then advise people to demand their children returned as they are "Your Property" - Well, It sort of fails there.

Birth Certificates were introduced initially as a way of keeping an eye on the population, to monitor its growth etc... And it could be argued that they in effect mean "we own" our children.

But the law in the US and UK is very clear... NO ONE OWNS a Human Life...

We may give birth to our children but they are "free willed" beings - The moment you start suggesting a child is your property, then you are in effect saying "I own... I enslave" and needless to say, the law will DESTROY YOU for that very comment!

Children are NOT property under any circumstances... Even if the conspiracy theory is true - You should NOT argue their return based upon some right to ownership.

It is frustrating that hen a child is Fostered, the courts essentially "Own" your child - So it is understandable why people assume that they can argue this way, but it is a total myth! With the introduction in the UK of the so called "Cinderella Law", It would be suicide.

You can however argue that Social Care has treated your child as "Property" - In which case they would be guilty of abuse... But I must warn that proving such would be extremely hard, if not damn near impossible in the system as it stands.

As the law stands, eve if it is abused by the Care System... Your Child is a Free-willed Being, To claim your child is property is Slavery... DO NOT DO IT!
